Bracket to support broken headphone hinge.
The owner of the headphone had tried fixing the hinge himself with glue to a point which was not reversible anymore.Â
We decided to make a bracket to prevent the hinge from damaged further and falling apart.
The dimension from headphone was meassured to define the shape of the bracket.
Once design was finished. The bracket is refined by trial and error.
